Identifying Strategies to Strengthen Leadership in the Solar Energy Industry
SEIA needed to understand how it was perceived both inside and outside the association. Internal stakeholder interviews, focus groups with members, non-member stakeholders and policymakers helped shine a light on the association’s image. We then validated this data through an online survey of 7,000+ SEIA members, and developed recommendations and strategy to help SEIA take its brand to the next level.
