Holiday Retirement engaged PCI to create a series of online videos to inspire its employees by showcasing the “Holiday Touch” in their communities around the country.
INSPIRING EMPLOYEES WITH THE “HOLIDAY TOUCH”
The job of Holiday Retirement employees couldn’t be more important: providing extraordinary service to the residents of the more than 300 Holiday senior living communities throughout the United States and Canada. Amy Goodroe, the enrichment coordinator at one Holiday community, said it best: Holiday Retirement communities are “place[s] of love.” PCI set out to tell the story of how relationships in Holiday communities enhance the lives of residents and employees alike.
At Cowhorn Creek Estates in Texarkana, Texas, we met Mildred and Helen, both members of the community’s handbell choir. We told the story of how Helen is able to participate in the handbell choir despite suffering from macular degeneration – all with a little help from her friends and Holiday employees.
We met David and Ulrika, a married couple who are live-in co-managers at The Renaissance, a Holiday community in Sherman, Texas. We learned about their commitment to the “Holiday Touch,” and heard from residents about how their involvement in the community dramatically enhanced their lives.
