ALEXANDRIA, VA — PCI, a leading full service marketing and creative production agency, has selected The Child and Family Network Centers as its Signature Pro Bono client for 2014. PCI will provide CFNC with marketing and media outreach services to support the spring 2014 grand opening of their new location.
Since 1984, The Child and Family Network Centers has provided free first-rate preschool education and family resources for marginalized children and families in Northern Virginia. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the organization, CFNC will open a new facility of classroom and administrative offices on Wheeler Avenue in Alexandria. The new location will allow the Child and Family Network Centers to serve even more disenfranchised children and families in Northern Virginia.
“We’ve served more than 3,000 children in our 29-year history, ” said CFNC CEO and Executive Director, Margaret Patterson, “and we’re sure the results of this partnership will allow us to have even more impact in the coming years.”
“We’ve been very impressed with The Child and Family Network Centers and the great benefit it is bringing to our community,” said Bob Sprague, President & CEO of PCI. “We’re looking forward to working with the CNFC as part of our commitment to pro bono service.”
PCI has completed pro bono marketing and creative work for not-for-profit organizations including the Carpenter’s Shelter, the Campagna Center, the Marine Corps Marathon, SCORE, WAMU, Spring for Alexandria, and the Patriot Cruise and Salute, among others. In 2013 PCI was honored with the Alexandria Business Philanthropist of the Year Award by Volunteer Alexandria.
PCI has served leading corporate, government, and not-for-profit clients for more than 28 years with award-winning marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, design, video, event production, and digital/interactive services.
